Warranty
We stand 100% behind the quality, craftsmanship, and integrity of our
jewelry. We believe our jewelry is a work of art created by master artisans.
Although extremely rare, jewelry does occasionally exhibit manufacturer's
defects, as with any product that you purchase. If any jeweler tells you
otherwise, they are not being truthful. We are dealing with things of fine and
delicate nature. However, we take rigorous steps to ensure that you receive
jewelry of quality.
All of our jewelry comes with a one year standard warranty, which includes
all shipping costs. Our warranty covers all manufacturer defects with a repair
or replacement service should you experience any issues with your jewelry.
Beyond our standard warranty period, we also offer repair, polishing, and
restoration services for a nominal fee.
The only thing our warranty does not cover is normal wear and tear.
