Your wedding ring has not been mass produced with a hundred others or made purely by machine. It is looked at and crafted individually to assure the finest quality of design, substance, and finish. An artisan carefully inspects your ring before giving it to our quality control team who then inspects your ring a second time.

Our rings are by no means light-weight or flimsy. The best word that comes to mind is substance. Selah Jewelry wedding bands have a substantial weight, averaging between 10 - 12 grams on average for a 14k solid gold ring. We believe this to be the optimal weight for a wedding band--comfortable to wear and substantial enough to last a lifetime.

This is based on a size 10 ring with a 7mm width. 18K Gold will weight slightly more at approx. 13-14 grams per ring, and platinum, the heaviest and most durable of all the precious metals, will weigh on average between 16.0 - 19.0 grams, depending on the size and design that you choose.

All of our wedding bands come with a standard 30 day return policy. If you are not happy with your ring for any reason, simply send it back for an exchange or full refund. We want you to be 100% satisfied!

The only thing that we ask is you returns or exchanges be done only one time. Since our wedding bands are handmade, it would be too much of a loss for us to make three rings, for example, to have you choose one. If a ring does not fit, we will exchange it once time for the correct size, before having to charge you a fee to remake your ring a third time. Such cases are extremely rare though--especially if you've taken the time to get professionally measured by a jeweler prior to ordering.

We stand 100% behind the quality, craftsmanship, and integrity of our jewelry. We believe our jewelry is a work of art created by master artisans.

Although extremely rare, jewelry does occasionally exhibit manufacturer's defects, as with any product that you purchase. If any jeweler tells you otherwise, they are not being truthful. We are dealing with things of fine and delicate nature. However, we take rigorous steps to ensure that you receive a quality wedding band.

All of our jewelry comes with a one year standard warranty, which includes all shipping costs. Our warranty covers all manufacturer defects with a repair or replacement service should you experience any issues with your ring. We will not be satisfied with simply fixing your ring, but completely remaking or re-finishing it to make it brand new.

Beyond our standard warranty period, we also offer repair, polishing, and restoration services for a nominal fee.

The only thing our warranty does not cover is normal wear and tear.

In addition, we use Verisign as our credit card processor, one of the most trust names in card processing. Using secure socket layer technology (https://), your private information is scrambled and decoded upon entry to the check out process, to ensure highest security.
 

Most of our wedding bands are available in all color and metal types. If you see a white gold wedding band that you like, but would prefer it to be yellow gold, for example, or two-tone gold, or rose gold, just let us know! We can most likely have it made for you to your exact specifications, and we often don't charge extra unless you upgrade to a higher metal type, such as 18k gold or platinum.

We sometimes get calls, sometimes as often as once a month, from adoring new husbands who lost their ring--whether it was fishing on a boat, left by the sink, lost jet skiing, or you name it. Sorry, men!

Although we can't go and find your ring for you, what we can do is offer you a 35% discount towards the purchase of a replacement ring! That's about a $138 or more savings on most of our rings. We'll even ship your new ring to you for free via FedEx delivery.
