Sizing Guide for Wedding Bands

• We recommend getting measured by a professional jeweler prior to ordering your ring.

• If we send you the wrong size by mistake, we will send you a new ring at no extra cost to you.

• Since we individually hand-make each of our rings, exchanges may be done one time only within 30 days of receipt of your ring. Once we have exchanged or resized your ring, it no longer qualifies for a refund.

Return Authorization is Required

Personalized and Engraved Rings

• Personalized and Engraved Rings are not returnable or exchangeable, since they are custom made for you.

Custom & Special Orders

Custom Jewelry that is made specifically for you or items that have been altered from their standard versions are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Platinum Wedding Bands

Platinum wedding bands are by custom order only and cannot be returned. Sizing options, however, are available on platinum rings for a sizing fee of $100 - $300, depending on the ring design (plain bands are $100, design bands are $300). Must be within 30 days of receipt of your order.
