Free FedEx Shipping On All Orders!
Selah Jewelry gives you the the choice of free FedEx 3 Day service or you may upgraded to one of our expedited FedEx 2nd Day, Overnight, or Saturday Delivery options.
All shipments are fully insured and trackable.
Signature Delivery
For your protection, in order to insure your jewelry for shipment, we require a signature on all FedEx shipments.
This means that someone must be present at your shipping address or Fed Ex will leave a slip with your tracking # and attempt re-delivery. If you are unavailable you can also pick up your package at your local Fed Ex station once a delivery has been attempted.
Signature Waiver
If you cannot be present to sign for your delivery, you may also choose U.S. Priority Insured Mail, which is available for orders of $700 and less. Please note that Post Office orders may require an additional 1-3 business days to ship.
P.O. Boxes
Since Fed Ex does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, please be sure to enter a physical shipping address when placing your order. If you prefer to have your jewelry delivered to your P.O. Box, you may choose the U.S. Post Office Priority Shipping Method for orders up to $700.
U.S. Military APO / FPO Addresses
Selah Jewelry offers free shipping to the U.S. Military, using USPS Priority Mail. Delivery to APO and FPO addresses may take several weeks to a month, depending on your location.
Processing Time
The processing time of your particular item is listed on the each individual product's information page, under "Shipping Info". Choosing an expedited shipping method does not insure that your product's processing time will be less. If an item has a processing time of 3 business days and you choose FedEx Overnight, for example, your jewelry will ship after 3 business days using Overnight shipping, so that your jewelry will arrive within 4 days. Most of our jewelry, however, ships within 24-48 hours and sometimes even the same day of your order. Please be sure to refer to processing time on your item's product information page.
